Refund policy

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for all products in sent back in new/original condition within 7 days of delivery (14 days for EU). Returns are to be sent via mail, return labels are the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fees will be charged and refund processing time is approximately 5 business days. Please contact us with any questions at sales@rendales.ca.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Items in new condition can be exchanged.
