Rendales.ca is an ONLINE beauty store serving North America - Canada and US, UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand. Our mailing address is 195-J-390 Provencher Boulevard, Winnipeg, MB, Canada R2H 0H1.

1.0 STORE OPERATIONS:

Rendales Merchandise is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Although we do not have a physical retail store, we offer shipping on all orders placed online at Rendales.ca.

2.0 SHIPPING ZONES, LEAD TIMES AND U.S. TARIFFS:

2.1 Canada:  Free Shipping is available to all areas Canada-wide! Minimum order thresholds however apply. We ship from Winnipeg - please allow 1-2 business days for Manitoba orders and 3-5 business days for other parts of Canada.

2.2 European Union: Shipping is available via Canada Post; please allow 7-14 business days. Shipping only is charged at checkout. The carrier will contact the customer to pay the following additional charges prior to delivery: VAT (~20%), duties (~€3) and applicable clearance fees (~€15).

2.3 United States: Shipping is available via Canada Post; please allow 6-10 business days. Shipping, duties and applicable tariffs are calculated and paid at checkout.

2.4 UK, Australia and New Zealand: Shipping is available via DHL Express Worldwide; please allow 5-9 business days. Shipping, VAT and applicable duties are calculated and paid at checkout.

3.0 OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:

We regret that we may have to remove or offer substitutes for any items that are found to be out-of-stock due to unlikely inventory discrepancies. We will inform you immediately and provide you with the option of shipping an alternative item.
