Rendales.ca is an ONLINE general merchandise store servicing Canada, the US and EU.
1.0 STORE OPERATIONS:
Rendales Merchandise is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Although we do not have a physical retail store, we offer shipping on all orders placed online at Rendales.ca.
2.0 SHIPPING ZONES, LEAD TIMES AND U.S. TARIFFS:
2.1 Canada: Free Shipping is available to all areas Canada-wide! Minimum order thresholds however apply. We ship from Winnipeg - please allow 1-2 business days for Manitoba orders and 3-5 business days for other parts of Canada.
2.2 United States: US shipping is available via Canada Post’s international services; please allow 5-7 business days. Shipping and applicable tariffs are calculated and paid at checkout.
2.3 European Union: EU shipping is available via Canada Post's international services; please allow 7-13 business days. Shipping only is calculated at checkout, and EU customers will be required to pay the following customs fees at the point of delivery:
- Value Added Tax (VAT): 20 -23% of product cost
- Duties: 0-2% of product cost
- Customs Handling Fees: ~€5
Please note that if a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund the product cost only, as shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.0 OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:
We regret that we may have to remove or offer substitutes for any items that are found to be out-of-stock due to unlikely inventory discrepancies. We will inform you immediately and provide you with the option of shipping an alternative item.
